Production Communications Firm Honored with National Awards of Excellence

South Bend, Indiana - February 20, 2007 - PentaVision Communications, Inc. has recently been awarded five Communicator Awards in the 2006 national video competition.

PentaVision received a Crystal Award of Excellence in the category of Self Promotion for a program produced for The South Bend-Mishawaka Convention and Visitor’s Bureau entitled “Notre Dame and a Whole Lot More”. PentaVision received a second Crystal Award of Excellence in the category of Professional Demo Reel for their 2006 PentaVision Communications demo reel. These prestigious awards are presented to video professionals whose ability to communicate elevates them among the best in the field.

PentaVision Communications also received two Awards of Distinction. The first award was for The Braun Corporation’s 2006 Lift Series program in the category of External Communications/Marketing (Product). This program was filmed on location and produced by the PentaVision team in a number of locations throughout Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. The second award was for “Rebuilding Lives”, a program produced by PentaVision for American Limb and Orthopedic Company, in the category of Self Promotion. The Award of Distinction is awarded for projects that exceed industry standards in production or communication skills.

A fifth award, an Honorable Mention Award, was given to PentaVision for “Imagine”, a fundraising program for the University of Notre Dame’s Snite Museum of Art.

The Communicator Awards is an international awards competition that recognizes outstanding work in the communications field. Entries are judged by industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. There were entries from 48 states, the District of Columbia and 11 other countries in The Communicator Awards 2006 video competition.
